The Deathlings is a comics series written by Ian C. Struckhoff (a.k.a. photographer Ian X), with line art by Manuela Soriani and Michela Da Sacco (EdenStudio), color art by Juri Hayasaka, and covers by Reuben Negron and Yasmin Putri.
The first chapter, "Anne's Story" is in production now. This first mini-series follows a teenage girl through the last day of her life, and the days following, as she discovers a hidden and distant world of the supernatural, through a series of dreams.
Anne Scialogos gains powers over life and death, but learns that the real stakes are bigge, and smaller. In parallel, we learn with her about her kind-- undead-hunting "Deathlings"-- through dreams sent to her by the bizarre Ani.
